Meet Our Designer!

 Meet Marla Pualani! Born on Maui and raised in Tahiti, she’s been residing on Maui for many decades after college. Her middle name Pualani was her mother’s Hula name given to her by Kumu Aunty Emma (who wrote the song Pualani) Initially, she worked in the restaurant industry, but later, she followed her passion for horses and opened her stables, Kahalawai Farms & Stables, nestled on the hills of Lahaina just above Puamana. Now, she’s fused her love for Tahitian Pearls and leatherwork into everyday jewelry that can be worn while training horses or for an evening out. Each pearl is unique, and each complete piece of jewelry is exceptional.
